 Incorporated in 2000, New Neighbor Welcome Service was established as a vital liaison between new residents and preferred service providers. Based out of Apex, NC, our humble beginnings included one greeter and a handful of business sponsors. The company has grown steadily since that time, fueled by healthy residential growth, and the support of many local businesses across the Triangle area. With over 25,000 visits completed in ten years of operation, New Neighbor Welcome Service has initiated thousands of relationships within the community and has made a significant impact on its residents.
Our vision for professional representation of local businesses combined with the warmth and connection of a home visit has been a delight for those relocating in Wake and Johnston counties. New Neighbor greeters visit residents one-on-one, assisting them as they find everything from the local DMV office to a dentist, doctor, or dance studio. Our relentless commitment to new residents ensures that they find services that they not only need, but can trust.
New Neighbor’s team of greeters visit over 300 residents each month. The welcome visit offers good conversation as well as valuable information to ease the stress of moving. We are dedicated to give the personal attention that each resident needs. As an expert in the community, New Neighbor greeters live locally, are proud of their community, and shamelessly tout the many wonderful attributes of their hometown.
