PREVIEW A HOME VISIT!
New Resident Tip:
Interested in what a visit from a New Neighbor greeter is like? Check out this video from NBC17!

Welcome!

Joy WilkesHave you moved recently, or do you remember your last move? All the details can leave your head spinning. There’s a long list of things to do, but newcomers must quickly find a new grocery store, favorite restaurants and a dependable doctor. It’s enough to leave anyone feeling overwhelmed! With the charm of southern hospitality, New Neighbor Welcome Service rolls out the red carpet by connecting new residents to the resources in their town.

New Neighbor Welcome Service is a trusted community service that brings vital information directly to the homes of new residents. We warmly greet home-owners with information about their new community, town, and state. The presentation includes many practical items like maps, phone directories and information from the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles. We also connect newcomers with the local business community encompassing medical professionals, retail, home services and many other business categories.

If you are a new resident, please contact us for a visit. We look forward to welcoming you! If you are a business owner, please read in the sponsorship section for more information about how we can be of service to you.

*Materials included in presentations vary by locality.
